How does beginner protection work?

New players are protected for 24 hours: nobody can attack, raid or scout their villages. Attacking, raiding or scouting another player ends your protection at once.

Your protection starts when you register and lasts 24 real hours. The Village overview shows the time left.

While you are protected, other players cannot attack, raid or scout your villages.

Your protection ends immediately when you send an attack, raid or scouts to another player's village.

These do not end protection: raiding or attacking oases, sending reinforcements, trading, and founding villages.

You can buy 24 more hours of protection for 80 Gold. See Buying protection.

What works best
  • Raid oases while protected. You get resources and hero experience at no risk to your village.
  • Prepare for the end: build a Cranny, some defence, and do not keep full storage.
