Game guide › New villages

Can a village be destroyed?

Yes: if catapults bring a village's population to 0, it is razed. A capital, a player's last village, an artifact village and a World Wonder village cannot be destroyed.

When it happens: reinforcements and visiting heroes walk home, held oases become free, and the land is empty again.

If the owner's hero was in the village, it dies and its home moves to the capital.
