Troops from this village move 10% faster per level, but only for the part of the trip beyond 30 fields.

Needs Rally Point 15.

The first 30 fields are walked at normal speed. After that the speed is +10% per level (level 20: three times as fast).

It works on the way out and on the way home. It does not help merchants.
